Terms & Conditions of the Loyalty Program

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Your Prague Hotels Loyalty Program (the "Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment

New and existing guests are welcome to join the Program. Participation is open to individuals who register for the Program.

2. Earning & Tier Progression

Loyalty Program tiers are achieved and maintained based on qualifying nights stayed within a specified period, as outlined in the Program's tier structure. Details on qualifying nights for each tier (Explorer, Insider, Preferred, Elite) will be provided at enrollment and on our website.

3. Benefits & Discounts

Direct Bookings: Loyalty Program discounts are exclusively applicable to reservations made directly through Your Prague Hotels' official website or direct booking channels, and are valid across all hotels within the group.

Future Bookings Only: Discounts and benefits cannot be applied to existing or past reservations. They are valid only for new bookings made after your enrollment in the Program.

Benefit Availability: All Program benefits, including early check-in, late check-out, and room upgrades, are subject to availability at the time of your stay and at the discretion of the hotel. Sauna and Beer Spa access benefits are subject to the respective facility's operating hours and availability.

Non-Transferable: Program benefits and membership status are personal to the member and are non-transferable or non-assignable to any other individual or entity.

4. Membership Tools & Notifications

Upon joining, members will receive a virtual membership card and access to a digital wallet (if applicable) for tracking their status and benefits. Members eligible for a tier upgrade will be notified via email.

5. Membership Duration & Termination

a. Member-Initiated Termination:

You may cancel your Loyalty Program membership at any time by emailing a cancellation request to info@yourpraguehotels.com. Your membership will be terminated upon receipt of your request.

b. Program-Initiated Termination:

Your Prague Hotels reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately if:

• The member violates these Terms & Conditions.
• There is any misuse of Program benefits or discounts.
• The member revokes consent for the handling of their necessary data for Program operation.

6. Program Modifications & Cancellation

Your Prague Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Loyalty Program, or any part thereof, at any time with 60 days' prior notice. Changes to these Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

By participating in the Program, you consent to Your Prague Hotels collecting, storing, and using your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our website) for the purposes of managing your membership, providing benefits, and communicating Program-related information.
